Delivery and shipping costs

Costs for packing material, handling and the currently valid Vat are included in the shipping costs stated below.

Shipping in (Shipping Company GLS):

A standard parcel, with the sizes stated below and a weight up to 30kg costs an inclusive price of 8,00€  within . Orders with small parts only can be send in an envelope with a fixed rate of 3,50 €.
The shipping is free of charge for orders over 1000 Euro, except orders with bulk goods.

Additional costs:
Island delivery: 15,50 Euro
Goods, which are not square packable: 1,20 Euro
Cash on Delivery: 8,00 Euro (only in Germany )

We put to account the actual weight in consideration of the maximum size and the volumesize (= longest
size + (2x height) + (2x width)
Maximum Size: length 200cm, width 80cm, height 60cm
Maximum weight: 30kg
Volumesize (= longest size+(2x height)+(2x width): not more than 300cm

Items which exceed these sizes have to be shipped as bulk goods. The costs for those items have to be inquired specially. Please indicate your postcode of the delivery address with the wanted item.

Shipping costs in Europe (Shipping Company DHL/GLS):

A standard parcel, with the sizes and for the countries stated below, and with a weight up to 20 kg cost an inclusive price of 19 Euro.

Countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France*, Greece*, Great Britain*, Ireland, Italy*,Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Slovakia, Slowenia, Czech Republic, Hungary

Shipping abroad will only be carried out with a prepayment of the total costs through a bank transfer or

Cash on delivery is not possible abroad (exception is Austria, costs 15€)

International Shipping Costs (outside Europe):

The international shipping costs outside Europe have to be inquired specially. Please indicate your postcode of the delivery address with the wanted item. Shipping abroad will only be carried out with a prepayment of the total costs through a bank transfer or payment by credit card.

Shipping costs for Bulk Goods:

Items which exceed the sizes stated above, because of size or weight, need to be shipped as bulk goods.
These shipping costs need to be inquired specially. Please indicate your postcode of the delivery address with the wanted item. Shipping as bulk goods will only be carried out with a prepayment of the total cost through a bank transfer or a payment by creditcard. 

Delivery Period:

An average delivery period within is 3 working days, if the wanted item is available. Articles which are not in stock get delivered within 21 working days, if the item is available at our sub-contractors.
